The process flow of our factory to produce Toughened Glass
1. Cut the ordinary annealed glass into the size required by (customer);
2. Place the glass in a 700° high temperature tempering furnace and soften, and then transfer it to the cooler for rapid cooling;
Usually, 5-6MM glass is heated at a high temperature of 700 degrees for about 240 seconds and cooled down for about 150 seconds.
8-10MM glass is heated at a high temperature of 700 degrees for about 500 seconds and cooled down for about 300 seconds.
Depending on the thickness of the glass, the time for heating and cooling is also different.
3. Check its appearance, size, bending, fragmented state or bearing capacity of the glass surface;
4. The tempered Toughened Glass cannot be processed or damaged by cutting, grinding, or it will be 'broken to pieces' due to the damage to the uniform compressive stress balance.

Performance of our factory Toughened Glass
1. Security. When the glass is destroyed by external forces, it will fragment into small, obtuse-angle particles similar to honeycombs, reducing damage to the human body.
2. High intensity. The impact strength of Toughened Glass of the same thickness is 4 to 5 times that of ordinary glass, and the bending strength is 3 to 5 times that of ordinary glass.
3. Thermal stability. Toughened Glass has good thermal stability, can withstand temperature difference three times that of ordinary glass, and can withstand temperature difference changes of 200℃.
