The entire production process consists of four key stages: glass pre-treatment, strengthening treatment, insulated unit assembly, and sealing/curing—encompassing precise procedures like cutting, edging, tempering, laminating, spacer assembly, and sealing.
Equipped with an advanced automated production line and PLC intelligent control system, we ensure seamless coordination among all equipment. This automated approach not only significantly enhances production efficiency and product quality but also allows flexible integration of advanced features like Low-E coatings and inert gas filling based on project needs.

  From Cutting to Assembly: Building a Fully Intelligent Glass Production System
  Our insulated glass factory remains at the forefront of glass industry technology, integrating advanced global management concepts and fostering a professional team to drive continuous upgrades in high-quality, intelligent production. The company has established a fully integrated production system comprising three core functional modules: the Pre-Treatment Unit, Strengthening Unit, and Insulated Glass Assembly Unit.
      ① Pre-Treatment Unit: Equipped with micrometer-level magnetic suspension cutting lines and fully automated precision grinding systems, it ensures flawless glass cutting, edge polishing, and cleaning.
      ② Strengthening Unit: Powered by specialized SGT-monitored tempering/homogenization lines, it enhances glass mechanical properties through tempering and heat-strengthening processes.
      ③ Insulated Glass Assembly Unit: Combines SuperSpacer™ automated production lines with SGP high-transparency lamination technology for precision spacer placement and multi-layer composite assembly.
      All subsystems are seamlessly interconnected via a cloud-based control system, supported by optical vision inspection and real-time order tracking. This not only ensures highly efficient production coordination but also elevates product consistency and smart manufacturing standards to industry-leading levels.
