Our factory's Insulated Glasses processing process
The processing process flow of our factory is: remove the film of the original glass → clean and air dry → inspect the observation table → frame the spacer strip → rinse the molecular sieve → coat a butyl glue → upper frame → join (press) sheet → seal two structural glue. According to the production process, each process point has a corresponding quality control point. Our factory strictly controls these quality control points to ensure that high-quality Insulated Glasses is produced.

Performance of our factory Insulated Glasses
1. Optical performance: According to the performance of the combination Insulated Glasses original sheet, the generally visible light transmittance range is 10%~80%, and the reflectance is 10~42%.
2. Thermal properties: Low heat transfer coefficient (U value), filling in inert gas can further reduce the U value.
3. Sound insulation performance: Generally Insulated Glasses can reduce noise by about 30 decibels, and the sound insulation effect of filling gas will be better.
4. Anti-condensation performance: The national standard stipulates that the dew point of Insulated Glasses must be lower than -40℃, and the dew point of Huaye products is lower than -60℃, ensuring that the air layer in Insulated Glasses is dry and does not condensate.
5. Sealing performance: The spacer is formed in one-time by automatic pipe bending technology, which minimizes the joints. It uses double-channel sealing of butyl glue, tridone structural glue or polysulfide glue to ensure the sealing of Insulated Glasses and extend its service life.
